Our Mission: To ensure that underprivileged children have better access to a quality education, regardless of their ethnicity, socioeconomic background or circumstances.

We strive to see through the eyes of those whose lives we affect, identifying unmet needs and finding innovative and self-sustaining solutions. We will bring to this task all of our experience and knowledge, employing each individual's unique skills and abilities. We also commit to acknowledge and respect local communities - their laws, their customs, their history - as we partner with them to bring the improvements they need.

Who is Mercy:

Mercy is a sweet little girl that we have fallen in love with. She is our founder's sponsored child, so our relationship with her is a very special one. The name for the organization came from this relationship, and the desire to help other children just like her. Like most families in Uganda, Mercy and her family struggle to meet a lot of their basic needs. But despite these challenges and a seemingly shy nature, Mercy is quick to share her beautiful smile, grace and a joy that is truly infectious.
